- Abstract
- This non-credit course teaches regulations, theory and practice of amateur radio, leading to the Basic Qualifications Certificate required to operate radio transmitters in Canada and elsewhere.
The Morse Code is a separate course running within the same period.

- Dr. Kinsner is a Delegated Examiner for the Department of Communications, Industry Canada.
