Abstract:
Drive systems for electric vehicles have advanced considerably in recent years, with the development of different topologies of power converters and various types of electric motors, induction and permanent magnet. Currently, the development of power semiconductor elements SiC If broadband has opened lines of research and development in this area. In this paper, a study and review of the different types of converter topologies proposed for the development and application drive systems for electric vehicles are presented. This review will identify the different papers presented and analyze their problems, with the aim of looking for future improvements to these systems or proposing new types of topologies for deployment in traction systems.
