Abstract:
In this paper, a hybrid algorithm is presented based on five data filtering methods to make a first selection of genes of DNA- microarray. A genetic algorithm combined with a simulated annealing and a SVM-classifier, then a second selection and classification is performed from a genes subset, with the combination of these techniques, we seek a better classification rate obtained with a small genes subset and the results are compared with other methods reported in the literature.
