The present paper focuses on the communication and inter-personal relationships within organizations, seeking to identify their positive and negative aspects. The analysis of that information leads to a vision of what works and what needs to be improved, so that leaders and teams are able to work and communicate in an optimal way and know how to react when faced with the various day-to-day situations inside an organization. A working environment where communication flows efficiently is less prone to stress and frustration; working together becomes more pleasant and the environment, friendlier. In such an environment, it is natural to expect the performance of both the workers and the whole organization to improve. The idea is that the benefits obtained from the analysis and improvement of the communication processes have a positive impact on people's lives, inside and outside the organizations.
