Abstract:
A WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) testbed or remote laboratory is a WSN deployed in a controlled environment that allows users to perform experiments remotely. Users can remotely access the WSN to configure and program the nodes, and retrieve the results produced by the experiments. There are a large number of WSN testbeds intended for scientific research, but have not been implemented WSN testbeds for teaching objectives. Testbeds for teaching aims have different requirements with respect to testbeds for scientific research. In this paper, a WSN testbed oriented to teaching objetives is proposed, aimed at students with low WSN and programming knowledge.
