Abstract:
This article analyses the Brazilian policy for photovoltaic energy distributed generation and compares its results against the experience of other countries. The second half of 2015 showed a growth trend in the adoption of the energy distributed generation model. In the same period, changes in regulatory and adoption incentives addressed the main problems already identified in the Brazilian model. This scenario allows for more optimistic predictions regarding photovoltaic distributed generation in Brazil
