Abstract:
The application of the Theory of Control Supervisory in a cell controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) is presented. The process of connection between theory and practice arise several new challenges and solutions, from the modeling of the system until the final structure of the program. Using the methodology of monolithic supervisor. The functioning of the cell manufacturing, after the implementation of the control system, and the clarity and flexibility of the program CLP are positive indicators of the quality of the methodology used. It is thus spread the use of the theory of control along the industries supervisory.
