This paper presents the development of a decision-support system for programming and routing vehicles dynamically for demands arising over the transportation execution of wheelchair users. For solving the problem is proposed an algorithm for inserting the new requests in existing routes which were developed in a Visual Basic For Applications language. The system is tested with 20 real instances of a real transportation system dedicated to wheelchair transportation and the results shows that the system is capable of handling the dynamic characteristic of the problem, accepting or refusing the new requests and generating solutions with a mean time of five seconds/request.
