The Region 9 Executive Committee cordially invites you to attend our Annual Regional Meeting.

Region 9 2009 Meeting (RR2009)will be held al the City of Aguascalientes, México, from 4 to 7 March, 2009. The venue of the meeting will be the Quinta Real Aguascalentes. Complete address and directions for getting to the hotel are included in this message.

We are sending in this mail, FAQ V1.0 for your attention. We are also enclosing Registration Forms that should be sent back by February 13, 2009, to the attention of both José Antonio Calderón (calderon@ieee.org), Chairman of the Organizing Committee of RR 2009 and Fernando Tavera (ftavera@telmex.com), Regional Secretary;
The document Treasurer Information, containing details about which costs are assumed by Region 9 and which are covered by the participant or its Section will be send in another mail.
