We are excited to announce the return of our FPGA programming
competition under the name "Innovate North-America". It is made
possible thanks to the sponsorship of Altera, Impulse Accelerated
Technologies, Terasic Technologies, the IEEE Field-Programmable Custom
Computing Machines (FCCM) Symposium, and the leadership of the Ottawa
section of the IEEE.

What rules must be followed?

The rules are simple, to provide a framework within which teams can
show their innovation:

enrolled in a Canadian or American college or university. This
competition is of interest to university students in electrical,
electronic, communication engineering, computer science or software
engineering.

What are the prizes to be won?

Teams will receive educational material and development software from
Altera and Impulse. Select semi-finalists will receive a DE1 board to
complete the project if boards are not available at their institution.
Finalists will be invited to participate in the IEEE Symposium on
Field-Programmable Custom Computing Machines (FCCM'10), and cash
