Region 10 Meeting 2004 16-17 April 2004, Hilton Hotel Adelaide, Adelaide Australia              TENCON 2004 is an international technical conference sponsored by IEEE Region 10. Its goal is to provide a prestigious forum for specialist presentations and interactions in a comfortable venue with relaxing environments.
