Cancellation Policy:
Please note that after February 24, 2003 your A dvance Registration Fee is not refundable; however, substitute candidates will be accepted. The letter to the Course Registrar (address below) for candidate substitution should state the pre-registrant's name and substitute's name.
Full refunds, less a $50.00 handling fee will be granted for cancellations received in writing by February 24, 2003. The letter to the Diana Krynski (address below) requesting the refund should state the preregistrant's name and to whom the check should be made payable.

Hotel Reservations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. All hotel reservations will be handled through IEEE Conference Management Services (CMS) rather than directly with the hotel. The special Intensive Course rate is $179.00/night.
