Exhibitor Information
Welcome, and thank you for exhibiting at the ASTR 2004 Workshop.
Following are some exhibitor details, for your information. Should you
have any further questions about exhibiting, please contact Dennis Pachucki.
Exhibit Fee is $900.00. This includes:
v Registration for two people to attend the Conference
v One (1) copy of the proceedings
v List of attendees will be supplied to all exhibitors
v 10 x 10 area
v 120v a/c for electrical
v 2 chairs
v Logo and link to your company's web page posted on the ASTR2004 web page
Registration for additional booth attendees will be $150 per person.
Exhibitors may submit a paper, and if selected, can present a paper at
the conference.
Set up is on October 6 from 6AM
Tear down is October 8 starting at 5PM
There is no handling charge by the hotel if you are staying in the hotel
and if your display/equipment is marked attention to the same name as
the guest staying in the hotel. It will be delivered to your room.
Otherwise there is a $25.00 per 100 lb charge if it is marked attention to
the AST conference and the hotel personnel have to move it into the
exhibit area.
There is a pallet jack for moving equipment, once again $25.00 per 100
lbs because the hotel shipping receiving people will be handling it.
Max size of exhibitor equipment is 8ft x10ft, such as a large chamber,
once again this will be a $25/100lb charge to move into exhibit area.
The Exhibitor Reception will be on 10/6 at 5:30-9PM in the exhibit area.

needs, such as extra chair, etc.
There is no security for anything exhibitors bring, so please be aware
of this.
