                                Welcome, and thank you for exhibiting at the ASTR 2005 Workshop. 

                                Following are some exhibitor details, for your information.  Should you

                                have any further questions about exhibiting, please contact Dennis Pachucki.

Exhibit Fee is $1,000.00.  This includes:

v     Registration for two people to attend the Conference

v     One (1) copy of the papers presented at ASTR 2005

v     List of attendees will be supplied to all exhibitors

v     ~10 x 10 area

v     120v a/c for electrical

v     2 chairs

v     Logo and link to your company's web page posted on the ASTR2005 web page

 

Registration for additional booth attendees will be $350 per person.

 

Exhibitors may submit a paper, and if selected, can present a paper at

the conference.

 

Set up is on October 3
 

Tear down is October 5 starting at 5PM

 

Max size of exhibitor equipment is 8ft x10ft, such as a large chamber.
