Focus and Scope

The IEEE Multidisciplinary Engineering Education Magazine (MEEM) is published quarterly (March, June, September, and December). The MEEM considers articles that address practices, instructional tools, programs, analysis and design techniques, and other relevant issues with regards to multidisciplinary engineering education, based on students’ perspectives and researches. Articles published generally are within the following scope: student’s perspectives and researches on education methods, educational technology, educational materials, and educational programs, as well as history of technology, the impact of evolving research on education, and the exchange of issues pertinent to multidisciplinary engineering education.

The MEEM also welcome papers from professionals (teachers, professors, researchers) concerned with all aspects of Education including the following topics (but are not limited to): course content, course interrelationship, society interaction, new learning methods & tools included distant learning networking, international connections, new ways of academic quality documentation, new ways of raising project money, among others.

Letters

The term letters refers to a free size paper with interesting information for the MEEM readership. Papers in this section also should follow the IEEE Transactions on Education Guidelines.

Peer Review Process

All papers are reviewed by at least two reviewers and the estimated time for the review process is at least 2 months.

Publication Frequency

The MEEM is published quarterly: March, June, September, and December.
