Author Guidelines
The IEEE MEEM welcome papers from students and professionals (teachers, professors, researchers) concerned with all aspects of Education that address educational practices, instructional tools, educational programs, analysis and design techniques, and other relevant issues with regards to multidisciplinary engineering education and related fields. The IEEE MEEM publish articles within the following topics (other topics are also welcome):
- Educational/learning methods
- Educational/learning technology
- Educational/learning materials
- Instructional Design
- History of technology
- Impact of evolving research on education
- Issues pertinent to multidisciplinary engineering education
- Intelligent educational systems
- Adative hypermedia systems for education
- Distance education
- Lifelong learning
- Semantic web and Education
- Cultural aspects enhance learning
- Collaborative learning (CSCL)
- Mobile and ubiquitous learning
- Edutainment
- Virtual learning environments
- Pedagogical agents
- Computer-assited language learning
- Data mining for learning
- Engineering curriculum
- Web engineering
- and others
- Regular papers (5 or more pages)
- Short papers (around 3 pages)
- Letters (free size, with a mininum of one page)
All papers should follow the IEEE Transactions on Education Guidelines.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- Did you format your paper using the IEEE Transactions on Education Guidelines?
- At least one co-author is a student? (desired for full/short paper submission)
