This article expresses an engineering student’s experience participating in a community service outreach program called “Legos en tu Escuela” (Legos in your school) to show children that engineering, science and math are also fun. The main members are elementary and middle school children, engineering students as mentors and of course the robot (built using Lego Mindstorms).
