We post minutes for local chapters and delete them after 6 months
unless they are replaced with fresh content. We also post meeting announcements and
delete them as soon as the meeting is in the past.
There are three ways to get something up in the chapter area.
- Submit a meeting announcement prior to the meeting actually occurring. This type of info will be
deleted as soon as the event it is announcing has occurred. A month or
so in advance is suggested.
- Submit meeting minutes for your most recent chapter meeting. This type of
dated material will stay on the site for up to six months unless fresh
content is provided to replace it.
- Submit a general statement describing your chapter. This type of
content (not dated) will remain on the site indefinitely.

Submissions must be submitted in one of the following forms:
- Text as body of an email message.
- Attached text file.
- Attached Word or RTF file.
- HTML.
Extensive formatting is not necessary but simple formatting is
appreciated. Space and width are limited as you can see above.
