The Making of ...
Multimedia Power Systems
Control and Simulation Labware


The purpose of this presentation is to relate our experience and show our progress in creating multimedia instructional materials to augment an undergraduate electric power systems engineering lab course. The project is not yet completed and this web page is not meant to display a finished product. To this end, we hope to engage your involvement through your suggestions or any other assistance (submission of photographs, text, graphics, etc.) that you think might be helpful. The end result will be a public domain product available to all.

One goal is to show successful and perhaps not so successful approaches in developing multimedia instructional materials. The project is at the approximate midpoint of the total expected effort. This work is supported by the National Science Foundation Division of Undergraduate Education, Instrumentation and Laboratory Improvement Program.
