The Education Society has recently revised its Constitution and Bylaws. These revisions have subsequently been
approved by the IEEE. Now the general membership of the Education Society must be consulted.
In accordance with the IEEE Education Society Constitution, Article IX Section 1, once approved by the Society's Administrative Committee
and the IEEE Technical Activities Board, proposed amendments to
the Constitution shall take effect after being publicized in a
publication
that reaches all society members, with notice that the amendments
go into effect unless ten percent of the Society members object in
writing within 30 days, and appropriate IEEE approvals herein
granted.
Therefore, if you have an objection to the Constitution and Bylaw
changes, send your objection(s) within the next 30 days, which will be from 28 October through 28 November,
to: Victor Nelson (nelsovp@auburn.edu).
