For participants from outside Canada: Visitor Authorization and Visa

Depending on where you are from, you may need a visa to enter Canada. Even if you do not need a visa, you may still need to fill out a "Travel authorization" in order to enter Canada.

You will be supplied with a visa letter when you register and pay for the conference - the letter will be sent automatically by email if you reside outside of Canada upon your successful conference registration.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY:

A refund is possible on or before September 5, 2014. A $50 (USDs) cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid registration fee. All refund requests must be in writing (e-mail is preferred) and should be received by the Conference Chair (davidbdurocher@eaton.com) on or before September 5, 2014. There will be no refunds for requests received after this date. If an author has uploaded a paper using his/her registration, the registration will not be refunded, even if the paper is withdrawn.

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty.
