For participants from outside the USA: Visitor Authorization and Visa

Depending on where you are from, you may need a visa to enter the USA.

You will be supplied with a visa letter when you register and pay for the conference - the letter will be sent automatically by email if you reside outside of the USA upon your successful conference registration.

A refund is possible on or before September 2, 2016. A $50 (USDs) cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid registration fee. All refund requests must be in writing (e-mail is preferred) and should be received by the Conference Chair ( on or before September 2, 2016. There will be no refunds for requests received after this date. If an author has uploaded a paper using his/her registration, the registration will not be refunded, even if the paper is withdrawn.

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time without penalty.

Registration Requirements for Paper Submission

An Author or at least one of the co-authors planning to submit a paper for presentation for the sessions organized by the conference technical program has to be registered for the conference. One day registration, Life Member registration and student registration are not eligible for paper submission. One individual registration is eligible for a maximum of five papers.
