Conference RegistrationYou may register for the conference online or by downloading, printing and returning the registration form below. Hotel reservations can be made by selecting the "Hotel Accomodations" link in the left sidebar.
Please Note: All Authors including students must register and pay the appropriate fees. A minimum of a one-day registration fee must accompany all paper submissions for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings and listed in the program. For every paper presented, there must be an author or coauthor paying the minimum of a one-day registration fee even if that author is a student.
