Join us and experience the rich cultural heritage of the Cajun people of Louisiana. Enjoy traditional Cajun dishes and New Orleans seafood while listening and dancing to Cajun music. MICHAUL'S is a full participation restaurant - even the staff will get out on the dance floor, and the dance lessons are free! In between dances and dining, take the time to notice the colorful murals depicting a casual, backwoods bayou atmosphere. Foods available will include Deep Fried Turkey, Jambalaya, Shrimp Etouffee, Fried Catfish Bites, Boiled Shrimp, Boiled Crabs, and delicious Bread Pudding! Coffee, Tea, and Sodas are included. ROUND TRIP bus transportation from the Hyatt Hotel will be provided.
