AUTHOR GUIDELINES FOR ELECTRONIC ABSTRACT PREPARATION Please read the following carefully. Prepare the abstract of your paper as a plain ASCII text file by copying the form below (the one enclosed by the ----- CUT HERE ----- identifiers) and filling in the appropriate data, according to the instructions given below. For your convenience, an example is also attached. The title must be capitalized as in the final version of the paper. Capitalize the first letter of nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs; do not capitalize articles, coordinate conjunctions, or prepositions (unless the title begins with such a word).
The authors’ first and last names should be given completely and in the order of
appearance in the final version of the paper. Separate the authors' names with a comma.
