The Twelfth Annual General Meeting of the Power Engineering Chapter of IEEE Calcutta Section will be held on Thursday, the 27th January, 2005 at 6-45 PM at the Calcutta Club, 241 A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata – 700020. All the members of the Power Engineering Chapter of IEEE Calcutta Section are cordially invited to attend the AGM.

As per the section bylaws (Article VI, Sec.2) - “The petition must be signed by 15 or more voting members other than students”.

2. Address by the Chapter Chairman.
3. Presentation of Annual Report for
the year 2004 by the Chapter Secretary.
4. Election of the Office-bearers for the year 2005.
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
