Notice

The Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Power & Energy Chapter of IEEE Calcutta Section will be held on Thursday, the 27th January, 2010 at 6-45 PM at the Calcutta Club, 241 A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata – 700020. All the members of the Power & Energy Chapter of IEEE Calcutta Section are cordially invited to attend the AGM.

The nomination committee has proposed the following SLATE-2011:

As per the section bylaws (Article VI, Sec.2) - "The petition must be signed by 15 or more voting members other than students".

Agenda:

  1. To confirm the Minutes of the Seventeenth AGM held on January 14, 2010.
  2. Address by the Chapter Chairman.
  3. Presentation of Annual Report for the year 2010 by the Chapter Secretary.
  4. Election of the Office-bearers for the year 2011.
  5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
