“Power Up Your Career!”
Seminars and Dialogue Session with Eminent Power Engineers in
Singapore
The IEEE Power Engineering Chapter is pleased to bring you the “Power Up Your
Career!” workshop. This career development event aims to inspire power engineers
in Singapore to reach a greater height in their careers. Whether you are a young
engineer who has just recently joined the power industry or a senior power
engineer looking for further career development, this event will enlighten you
with the inspiring presentations by our distinguished speakers.
We are privileged to have invited four distinguished
speakers, who are prominent power engineers well known to the power fraternity
in Singapore. The event will begin with two short presentations on "How to
qualify as a Professional Engineer (Electrical)" and "How to qualify as a
Licensed Electrical Engineer" and will include discussions by the panel members
on the following,
i) Engineer
mobility and opportunities
ii)
Power engineers in the electricity market
iii)
Electrical engineering consulting works
iv)
Power engineers in the shipbuilding and marine industry, etc
The seminar will end with a dialogue and Q&A session where participants are
able to find out more from the speakers and panel members.
