INTERNATIONAL ENERGY WEEK 2008

Singapore is proud to present the first ever International Energy Week (IEW) from 3 to 7 November 2008. Jointly organised by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) and the Energy Studies Institute (ESI), the IEW will be a week for international and local policy makers, academics, and industry players to exchange and catalyse ideas on energy options and strategies for the future. The Singapore Energy Conference (SEC) will be the focal point of the week's events with presentations and discussions from high-level speakers. With the week's conferences, exhibitions seminars, site visits and hospitality programs – Singapore hopes to grow and become the centre for developing energy policies and strategies that are key to today's government decision makers.
