IEEE STUDENT WORKSHOP ON
GREEN TECHNOLOGY AND FUTURE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
 

A series of interensting talks and student competitions on the latest "go green hype of the world". The theme of this segment is to make the future IEEE student leaders and engineers to think more on the topic of making a world on sustainable green technology in this era.

Students are encouraged to think and come up with innovative and implementable ideas on the green technology and power that can be beneficial to the urban and the under developed areas. This will be the main aim of the competition for the students with attractive prizes to be bagged.

The talks will give the students a whole new perspective of the green power and latest technology and how they are going to be sustainable in the next generation in this power driven world.

There are two forms of competition participants may choose to take part in individually. They take the form of an innovative idea or a poster design competition for topics under Rural sustainability- an outreach to the unreachable
and Urban sustainability- conserving for the future, respectively.
