Mid-Autumn Festival cum Hari Raya Celebration

The second community service by IEEE Power Chapter will be a party at Moral Neighbourhood Link located at Block 3 Telok Blangah Crescent (http://www.thkms.org.sg/). It will be held on 26 September 2009 (Saturday) to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival and Hari Raya Puasa. About 100 elderly residents living in Telok Blangah will be invited to the party.

We invite IEEE members to participate and bring joy to the elderly residents. Members can display their performing talents, help out in serving food and drinks, or just mingle and talk with the elderly residents. The programme is as follows:

10.00am Introduction and Get-to-know session

10.10am Ketupat demonstration, story telling about the history of

Hari Raya Puasa and Mid-Autumn Festival

10.30am Performance by IEEE Power Chapter members

10.45am Tombola

11.30am Performance by IEEE Power Chapter members

11.45am Lunch & Performance by staff and karaoke members

12.45pm Green packets & goody bags distribution.
