1) You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
2) Companion registration must accompany a regular registration. A companion is anyone over the age of 12 yrs that is accompanying a regular registrant.
3) Child (Age 5-12) registration must accompany a regular registration.

No invoices will be sent, they are available when registering online. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check, or money order to the address below payable to IEEE Switchgear Committee and drawn on a US bank or aUS branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Address: IEEE Switchgear Committee, 319 NW 104th St., Vancouver WA 98685 Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Refunds minus a $15 USD processing fee for cancellations made by Apr 9, 2010, refunds minus $50 USD fee for cancellations between Apr 9 and Apr 16, 2010. No refunds after Apr 16, 2010. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You can register for any event at any time, payment is only required by the due dates. If for any reason you may not be able to attend do not pay for it until the last minute.
