- Main Activity: Physics of high-temperature superconducting (HTS) Josephson junctions and grain boundaries is studied. High-quality HTS SQUID sensors for applications are developed. Magnetometers and micro-SQUIDs for non-destructive analysis are projected and tested. Transport and noise properties of unconventional HTS SQUIDs and junctions are investigated.
