News Article on Niowave

November 5, 2011 (HP42)  Niowave, Inc., is a successful small business company developing and manufacturing superconducting accelerator cavities.  It is located in Lansing, MI, USA.  The founder and CEO of Niowave is Terry L. Grimm, who received in 2010 the distinguished IEEE Carl H. Rosner Enterpreneurship Award.

On November 3, 2011, the ILC Newsline, published a quite favorable news article on Niowave.  ILC Newsline is a weekly electronic newsletter about recent news, milestones and developments related to the International Linear Collider (ILC) and the fields of high-energy, particle and accelerator physics and engineering. The article is accessible at: http://newsline.linearcollider.org/2011/11/03/the-multiplying-effects-of-an-accelerator-economy/.  It emphasizes Niowave’s short turnaround and delivery times, and the ability to serve both the linear accelerator projects such as the ILC, and diverse emerging commercial markets outside of the high energy physics field such as instrumentation for security inspections and analytical electron microscopy.
