· PDF file size : Please limit the size of your file to less than 500 Kb. Files larger than 2 Mb

  are not accepted for upload

· Page limits : For initial submission you may submit manuscripts up to 8 pages. However,

  your final paper is limited to a total of six (6) pages including references. A maximum of

  two (2) supplementary pages are permitted at an extra charge.

· IEEE templates : IEEE standard-format LaTeX and MS Word style files and templates can

  be obtained by following the link "Support", on the above submission website. This

  procedure will guide you to the webpage with "Important Information for Manuscript
