1) IEEE must receive a written confirmation from the author
   to pay the extra color processing charges before processing
   begins.

 2) Author must provide payment method in either a credit card
   (with expiration date, type, and numbers) or Purchase Order
   from their organization.

 3) Printing cost is a flat rate fee of US $1,045.00 per four-page
   layout to cover paper and color matching. If another four-page
   sheet is required, then this cost is doubled ($2,090.00).

 4) There is also a cost for processing the color separations and
   creating a final electronic copy suitable for publication. This
   cost is US $125.00 per piece of artwork. (In order to save
   on these charges, it is best to group color figures with parts
   a, b, c, etc., on a single page and at the size you would prefer
   to have it published.)

 5) Please note that these color charges are only for preparing and
   processing your color art for print, they do not include charges
   associated with ordering color reprints from the reprint form.
   Instructions regarding color reprints are provided on the Reprints
   Order Form and will accompany your galley proofs when ready.
