Directory browsing:
EWH has directory browsing disabled for added security. Contents in directories that do not have an index file will not be displayed. In order to display them, you will need to download sniff 1.5.1, extract index.php and upload it into your account.

Functional alias:
A functional alias is defined as a non personal IEEE email alias that forwards to an individual. Usual candidates for Functional Aliases are Regions, Sections, Chapters, or Students Branches or their activities. For example, scanner@ieee.org would forward messages to j.smith@yahoo.com or sb.mit@ieee.org (MIT Student Branch alias which forwards to the Student Branch counselor).
