Call For Papers

1.0 Regular Paper Submission:
1.1 Please submit a 300-word abstract of your paper (PDF only) electronically using this link. Your submission must include three keywords and the name of a contact person with e-mail and postal addresses, as well as a fax and phone number.

1.2 After you receive your notice of acceptance, submit your full paper (PDF only) electronically using the link given in your acceptance email message. Your submitted paper must conform to the guidelines in the Author's Guide.

2.0 Special Session Submission: (Workshops, Tutorials)
Please submit proposals for special sessions (pre and post conference workshops and tutorials) to Bruno Di-Stefano.

3.0 Student Paper Competition:
The first author must be a student. Winning student papers may be published in the Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering - more details.

4.0 Important Dates:
Paper abstracts must be received by: Friday December 5, 2003
Special Session proposals must be received by: Friday, December 19, 2003
Notification of acceptance will be sent out by: Friday, January 9, 2004
Final papers must be received by: Friday, March 5, 2004
Registration payment must be received by: Friday, March 5, 2004
