AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Author:

Earlier IVEC/IVESC author notifications asked you to submit your abstract directly to Ralph Nadell as a pdf or Word file. However, we have recently been made aware that the submissions need to be IEEE iexplore compliant for posting in an IEEE digital library. As such, we are requesting you to format your abstract as detailed in the site below, and resubmit via electronic upload through the same site (your source file and pdf). Note this is a request and is recommended, however, author's abstracts will NOT be excluded from the Conference Book of Abstracts for not adhering to the formatting.

If you have already submitted, you are asked to submit again. Because of this change, we are extending the submission deadline date to March 9th.
