The IAS 2013 Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Walt Disney World Resort, which is conveniently located across the street from Downtown Disney®. The conference room rate will be available for the weekend of the conference and extend to the weekend after for those who wish to bring family to visit the many exciting venues in Orlando.

IAS attendees receive the discounted group rate of $139/night. The $22 resort fee will be waived for those that book within the IAS room block.
Reservations must be made by Friday, September 6th, in order to guarantee the discounted room rate. After this date, we cannot guarantee the discounted rate or availability.

Discounted Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets

These tickets offer pre-arrival savings of 10% on Full-Multi-Day tickets (2 days or longer) as well as partial-day tickets, After – 2 pm and After – 4 pm tickets, which are exclusive to the meetings market.
In addition to the pre-arrival savings on the Full-Multi-Day (2-days or longer) tickets, they also include a complimentary bonus visit to an additional Disney Experience at any one of the following (additional details are listed on the flyer and website):
