VENUE

Vail is a one of the most beautiful places in Colorado and in the whole of America.
A great landscape... Great mountains... Unforgettable views... Creeks and forests... Wild animals...

To reach Colorado you can fly either to the Denver International Airport or to the Eagle County Airport.
Very frequent flights are available to the Denver International Airport from many cities.
The Eagle County Airport is nearer to Vail, but flight fares may be more expensive in May than the ones to the Denver International Airport; therefore, if you plan to land in the Eagle County Airport, we suggest to check fares also to Denver before making your final choice. Besides remember that if you will arrive to the Eagle County Airport you will miss the view that you can enjoy while driving or bus riding from Denver through the mountains.

From these airports to Vail and the Conference Hotel you can drive a rental car. All major car rental companies are present at the Denver International Airport.
Due to the limited number of cars in the Eagle County Airport and to the many visitors arriving at the Denver International Airport, it is highly recommended to reserve your car in advance.
Please, note that there is no street parking in Vail. There is a town parking lot about 2 miles away from the Conference Hotel, with some restrictions.
The Conference Hotel has an internal parking, which is free of charge only for hotel guests. If you are not staying at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa the discounted parking fee is 8 US$ per entry-exit for IMTC/2003 attendees. Parking at the Conference Hotel is therefore highly recommended to avoid both a long walk from the town parking lot and the parking restrictions.

Alternatively, you can take the bus that is run by Colorado Mountain Express from the Denver International Airport and the Eagle County Airport. This bus will leave you at the door of the Conference Hotel in Vail.
A special rate has been arranged for IMTC/2003 attendees from 15 May to 25 May 2003. The special rate for the Denver International Airport is 55.80 US$ per person for each way (the round trip is 111.60 US$); for the Eagle County Airport it is 39.60 US$ per person for each way (the round trip is 79.20 US$).
To receive the IMTC/2003 discounted rate, please reserve your seat in advance by phone at +1-800-525-6363 (toll free for USA and Canada) or +1-970-926-9800, or by fax at +1-970-926-9786, or by email at info@cmex.com; refer to the group code "IEEE".
